By accessing or using PastedNow(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
PastedNow is a free paste-sharing platform for code and text. You can publish pastes anonymously or with an account, optionally with expiration, encryption, or burn-after-read.
2. Accounts
You may create one account using email/password or Telegram OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done with your account. Notify us immediately at support@pastednow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Usernames are case-insensitive and limited to letters, numbers, hyphen, and underscore. Reserved names that collide with site routes (admin, api, events, dashboard, etc.) cannot be claimed. Username changes are limited to once every 90 days.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PastedNow to:
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that exposes another person's private information (PII, doxxing).
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, exploitation guides for illegal activity, or other harmful content.
- Spam the public discovery feeds (/recent, /top), the leaderboard, or any event participation system.
- Attempt to game view counts, manipulate the rank ladder, or use bots to artificially inflate event leaderboards.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass rate limits, Turnstile challenges, or account-age gates.
- Resell or redistribute the Service or any substantial portion of its content without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules. For payment-related violations (chargebacks, fraud), we may also block the associated crypto wallet or email from future purchases.
4. Content & retention
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant PastedNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your public pastes as required to operate the Service.
Pastes with a set expiration are deleted after their window. Burn- after-read pastes are deleted on first non-author view. Pastes marked as unlisted are excluded from search engines and discovery feeds, but the URL remains accessible to anyone who has it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is the subject of a valid takedown request, without notice.
5. Payments (banner ads)
Banner ad purchases are processed in cryptocurrency via Cryptomus. Prices are listed in USD and converted at checkout. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and the ad slot is activated, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of documented service failure (e.g. ad never displayed due to a bug on our side).
Refund requests must be sent to support@pastednow.com within 7 days of the original transaction. We respond within 5 business days.
Creator Rewards / event payouts are issued in cryptocurrency to the address you provide in your dashboard. We are not responsible for payouts sent to addresses you entered incorrectly. Double-check the chain (TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.) matches the asset before saving.
6. No warranty
PastedNowis provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, data permanence, or that the Service will be free of bugs. You use it at your own risk.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PastedNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free-tier users).
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account by emailing support@pastednow.com from the address on file. We process deletions within 30 days. Some data (transaction records, audit logs) may be retained for legal and accounting purposes — see the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
